More movement in the new semester? Dance with us!
Folk dance may sound a little dusty and sedate to some ears – we’ll be happy to convince you otherwise! We dance folklore in a lively, sophisticated, cheerful way and at an artistic level that we regularly demonstrate.
If you feel like it, you can learn the basic steps of the polka, waltz, mazurka, Rhinelander and turner as well as their application in interesting and varied dances – professional physical training and warm-up exercises accompanied by a pianist are of course also included.
Apart from bringing training clothes, no previous knowledge or dance partners are required, but you are welcome to bring both. Perhaps you will be infected by our passion for dance and join our ensemble after the basic course? EVERYONE is welcome to join us!
