On Saturday 01.07.2023 there was a lot to celebrate for the ensemble. The opening of Jeb Inge’s appropriately named Folk went great and our dancers also performed the entire programme beautifully in the glorious sunshine.
It was not often in the years after Corona that we were able to perform our complete repertoire in one piece, so the mood was all the more excited and exuberant. In addition, many new dancers had their very personal premieres, for example, dancer Xueting danced both Orakel Walzer and Ländlicher Walzer for the first time in front of an audience, a reason to celebrate.
Maud Butter, our artistic director, led through the programme with charming support from the dancers Bianca Güttner and Lena Pierskalla, who gave the audience little insights into the lives of the dancers and costume care.
Finally, we would like to thank Mrs Schubert and the Vamed Clinic for the successful day, the great communication and the delicious catering and we are already looking forward to seeing them again.
