This year, the ensemble once again traveled to the big wide world, this time to Niš in Serbia. For a week, we had the opportunity to present German folklore both in the city itself and in the surrounding villages. In addition to our dance activities, we also paid a visit to the mayor Dragana Sotirovski and gave a presentation about Germany in general and the ensemble in particular. Even though the heat – we experienced temperatures between 35-40 degrees – was a bit of a problem, we look back on our time in Serbia with a good feeling and are already looking forward to the next festival season.
Of course, such a long, long and eventful journey is not possible without financial support.
