World Folklore Tanzfestival Rainbow (Elk/pl)

The international dance festival “Rainbow” brought together dance groups from Poland, Mexico, Germany, Bangladesh, Ukraine, Slovakia and Bulgaria. The folklore dance ensemble Thea Maass from TU Dresden also took part. Each group brought their traditions and stories to the stage, creating a colorful mosaic of world culture. The folklore dance ensemble “Thea Maass” would like to thank the TU Dresden, the Studentenwerk Dresden and the GFF for their support.

Our dancers and musicians experienced 10 breathtaking festival days in Szazhalombatta (Hungary) at Summerfest 2015 together with 600 dancers from 19 countries around the world. The stages were gigantic, the audience enthusiastic, the temperatures very sweaty, the nights quite short and the atmosphere excellent. A report with photos and videos.
